Jonathan Villegas is a Mexican-American conductor, clinician, and multifaceted artist whose work bridges performance, education, and cultural leadership.
They serve on the faculty of The Juilliard School as Wind Ensemble Director of the Music Advancement Program, Founding Conductor of the Bridge Ensemble at the New Jersey Symphony Youth Orchestra, and are the Wind Ensembles Director for the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra's OrchKids.
A conductor, cellist, actor, and educator with deep experience in arts administration, Villegas brings a holistic perspective shaped by leading ensembles across orchestral, wind, and operatic traditions. Guided by a belief in music's transformative power, their work is devoted to elevating the performing arts as a vital force for artists and audiences alike.
